What is CloudChem?
CloudChem is a SaaS platform for Malaysian SMEs. Customers send a short request in WhatsApp or Telegram, and the bot generates a branded PDF receipt, invoice, or quotation in seconds.

Does CloudChem work with WhatsApp Business?
Yes. WhatsApp Business Cloud API and Telegram Bot API are both fully supported.

Is SST tax invoicing supported?
Yes. SST tax invoice formatting is included with registration number and tax totals.

Can I run multiple businesses under one login?
Yes. One user can be a member of multiple business accounts.

Is there a free trial?
Every plan includes a full 14-day trial. No credit card is required.

Can I change plans later?
Upgrade or downgrade instantly from the dashboard. Charges are prorated to the day.
